• Rapid market movements that may result in significant losses before positions can be closed

3.3 No Guarantee of Performance: Past performance of AI trading agents does not guarantee future results. Historical profits do not indicate future profitability.

3.4 Leverage Risk: Trading with leverage amplifies both potential profits and losses. You may lose more than your initial margin deposit.

4.1 No Liability for Trading Losses: Chronoeffector.ai, its operators, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Trading decisions made by AI agents
• Loss of funds due to market volatility
• Technical failures, bugs, or errors in the Platform
• Connectivity issues or network problems
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Any other cause related to your use of the Platform

4.2 Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chronoeffector.ai's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to Chronoeffector.ai in the 12 months preceding the claim.

4.3 No Warranty: The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. Chronoeffector.ai disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5.1 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, wallet keys, and any other authentication information.

5.3 Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations in your jurisdiction.

5.4 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to manipulate or interfere with the Platform's operations
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without authorization
• Share your account credentials with any third party

6.1 Trading Fees: Chronoeffector.ai may charge fees for trading services. All fees are disclosed before you execute a trade. Fees are non-refundable.

6.2 Network Fees: You are responsible for all blockchain network fees (gas fees) associated with your transactions.

6.3 Fee Changes: Chronoeffector.ai reserves the right to modify fee structures at any time. Changes will be communicated through the Platform.

7.1 Platform Ownership: All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Chronoeffector.ai and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
